Phil is a medical doctor who has become noted as a comedian and commentator n health issues in the United Kingdom. He first became into the public spotlight writing a column for The Independent newspaper31.91. He since starred in his own show 59 Minutes to Save the NHS. Also appearing in Countdown, Have I got News for You and starred in Trust me, I'm a Doctor - plus many more!
