Brewin Dolphin names manager to promote investment services
He brings with him 19 years of industry experience having started work in financial services in 1990 with Eagle Star which, through various mergers, became Zurich Financial Services.
His new role will be to promote the investment services of Brewin Dolphin to professional intermediaries across South and West Wales. Mr Skelding will report to John Cowmeadow, head of business development at Brewin Dolphin, but will work closely with the investment managers based in the Cardiff and Swansea offices.
David Myrddin-Evans, head of Brewin Dolphin Cardiff said: "Steve's appointment demonstrates our commitment to making Brewin Dolphin the principal name in investment management in South and West Wales."
Brewin Dolphin is one of the largest independent private client investment managers in the UK with more than £17bn of funds under management and 40 offices throughout the UK.
