Why Join Clwb?
Clwb's mission is to provide a forum to assist Welsh entrepreneurs and ambitious business professionals to become more successful. Membership of Clwb is free and affords the business and individual a number of benefits and priviledges. These are as follows:
1.Members only networking events
On the 17th January, 2008 Clwb was embraced by the welsh networking scene, with its launch event attracting more than 120 business professionals to the exclusive surroundings of the Park House Club. The evening highlighted the need for a fresh approach to networking. As a response to demand Clwb will host more member only social networking events this year.
2. Access to exclusive business seminars
In addition to the
on-line resources, members have access to the best business minds Wales
has to offer, Clwb will be hosting a number of business seminars in
2008. Our members are encouraged to select the topics and issues
covered in the seminars as they know what problems they face day-to-day
and we want to support them as best we can. We are motivated to
encourage shared knowledge within the Welsh economy.
3.Member benefits and privileges
On joining each member receives their Clwb membership card which grants them a number of exclusive benefits and privileges. As individuals, members of Clwb are encouraged to offer benefits to the group. As a conglomerate Clwb is also approaching large businesses and requesting exclusive privileges. (For example, free membership to Vanilla Rooms at the Parkhouse Club, an opulent members only venue.) As Clwb continues to grow, so will the range of benefits offered.
4.Business advice and information
Clwb's website is drawing attention from across Wales, spanning a range of sectors. Members are invited to upload articles they have written, allowing them to share their knowledge with the membership base. In doing so, the group benefits from gaining access to best practice and the author is highlighted as a local expert in their field. The website also contains a definitive listing of networking events from across Wales and very soon members will be able to review those events, leaving feedback and suggestions.
